Everything but the Leftovers Mashed Potatoes

Directions

1. In Instant Pot, set to 8 minutes and use trivet insert

2. Add 2 cups of water or chicken/veggie broth

3. Quarter potatoes (can leave skin on)

4. Add potatoes to Instant Pot and add garlic and seasonings

5. Set to manual

6. Once complete, quick release Instant Pot

7. With a potato masher, mash potatoes, fold in butter, and add seasonings to taste

8. Enjoy!
