Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Cranberry Crackers

  • Whole wheat pita crackers

  • Toscano Cheese with Cinnamon

  • Unexpected Cheddar Cheese

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Pear slices

  • Apple slices

  • Maple almonds

  • Genoa salami/provolone pack

  • Calabrese salami

  • Kiwi berries

  • Cinnamon Bun Spread

  • Fig spread

  • Dark chocolate

  • Herbs (for garnish)

  • Whipped goat/cream cheese

  • Toasted sourdough baguette slices

  • Whipped Goat/Cream Cheese

  • 2 ounces of goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of honey whipped until smooth

Directions

  1. Start with a blank board or platter, add a few small bowls, and if you want, a centerpiece (a mini pumpkin is always cute for a fall board)

  2. Fill your bowls with dips and add cheeses

  3. Add your meats, fruits, crackers, chocolate, and then fill in blank spaces with nuts and herbs for garnish

  4. Add any extras like sliced baguette to bowls on the side of the board
