Pat thinks meatballs are always a good idea and is so excited to share this new feta meatball recipe with you! Perfect on its own as a meal or as an appetizer, this recipe will not disappoint! With so many delicious ingredients, Pat hopes you enjoy!

1 lb ground lamb, beef or pork
1 tbsp olive oil (only necessary if using leaner ground beef)
3 oz feta cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (If using unseasoned bread crumbs, add 1/2 tsp salt)
1/2 lemon juiced and seeds removed
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
Roll into meatballs. You should make somewhere between 20 and 24 meatballs depending on size
Bake for 25-30 minutes
