Flippin' Pat's ultimate comfort food is pasta and is so excited to share this incredible recipe with you! Trader Joe's Bomba Sauce is one of Flippin' Pat's favorite sauces and combined with the flavors of feta cheese, tomato, and basil, Flippin' Pat would jump face first into this dish every day!
In baking dish, place tomatoes and chopped garlic, toss with olive oil until well coated. Create space in the middle and place block of feta. Cover feta with Bomba sauce and sprinkle dried oregano, salt and pepper over all
Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes
Broil for 5 minutes
Meanwhile, boil pasta until preferred doneness
Remove feta/tomato mixture from oven. Toss in chopped basil and mix well
