Fig Naan Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 oz. goat cheese

  • 2 oz. shredded mozzarella

  • 5–6 ripe figs, sliced

  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • fresh chopped basil for topping

  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Place naan breads on a baking sheet and brush on olive oil.

  3. Crumble goat cheese into small pieces and evenly distribute on each flatbread, then add shredded mozzarella.

  4. Top with fig slices and season flatbreads with salt.

  5. Bake for about 14 minutes and broil for 1 minute.

  6. Remove from oven and top with balsamic glaze and basil.

  7. Slice and enjoy!
