Fish Stick Tacos with Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 box Fish Nuggets

  • Corn & Flour tortillas

  • Avocado oil spray

  • Shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon mayo

  • 1 small garlic clove

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon lime zest

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons green salsa

Directions

  1. Cook fish sticks according to directions on the package. I sprayed mine with avocado oil and air fried for about 10 minutes until they were nice and crispy

  2. While fish cooks, make cilantro lime sauce by whisking all ingredients together

  3. Heat up corn tortillas

  4. Layer fish, cabbage, and creamy cilantro lime sauce. Serve with sliced jalapeños and lime wedges, if desired

  5. Enjoy!
