Cook fish sticks according to directions on the package. I sprayed mine with avocado oil and air fried for about 10 minutes until they were nice and crispy
While fish cooks, make cilantro lime sauce by whisking all ingredients together
Heat up corn tortillas
Layer fish, cabbage, and creamy cilantro lime sauce. Serve with sliced jalapeños and lime wedges, if desired
