French Onion Soup Dip

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375F

2. Heat soup per microwave instructions

3. Add to a pan (or pot) over medium heat, along with cream cheese. Break up the cream cheese, stirring until melted. Whisk well breaking up any lumps

4. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and stir constantly until bubbly

5. Remove pan from heat and fold in sour cream. Stir until well mixed and transfer to an 8X8 or 11X7 pan

6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until hot and bubbly, 15-20 minutes

7. Switch oven to broil, and cook until top has browned, about 3 minutes

8. Top with chives

9. Serve with crostini or your favorite chips
