
French Onion Soup Dip

Ingredients
One serving Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup
One 16-oz. block cream cheese, softened to room temp
1 cup Shredded Swiss & Gruyere Cheese Blend
1/2 cup sour cream
Chives, for topping
Crostini for dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F
Heat soup per microwave instructions
Add to a pan (or pot) over medium heat, along with cream cheese. Break up the cream cheese, stirring until melted. Whisk well breaking up any lumps
Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and stir constantly until bubbly
Remove pan from heat and fold in sour cream. Stir until well mixed and transfer to an 8X8 or 11X7 pan
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until hot and bubbly, 15-20 minutes
Switch oven to broil, and cook until top has browned, about 3 minutes
Top with chives
Serve with crostini or your favorite chips
