Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans, strained and rinsed
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes
Add strained and rinsed garbanzo beans to a bowl and toss with avocado oil and all spices.
Add garbanzo beans to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook 390°F for 15 minutes. Toss halfway through.
Enjoy!

If you have leftover garbanzo beans, store them in the fridge. They will not be as crunchy on the next use, but they are still tasty!

Watched your garbanzo bean air fryer recipe. Will give them a try, but their very high in carbs . Also I use a zylizz can opener, works VERY well!
