Garbanzo Bean Croutons

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, strained and rinsed

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1/2 tsp onion salt 

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes

  2. Add strained and rinsed garbanzo beans to a bowl and toss with avocado oil and all spices. 

  3. Add garbanzo beans to the air fryer basket in a single layer. 

  4. Cook 390°F for 15 minutes. Toss halfway through. 

  5. Enjoy!

Recipe Note

If you have leftover garbanzo beans, store them in the fridge. They will not be as crunchy on the next use, but they are still tasty!
