
Garlic Bread Meatball Subs

Ingredients
1 Demi Baguette
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
10 precooked Chicken Meatballs
1/2 jar Organic Vodka Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Garlic Bread Cheese (or mozzarella)
Fresh basil, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Slice baguette lengthwise
In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic and seasoning. Mix well
Evenly brush or spread each baguette half with butter mixture
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, until very lightly toasted
Leave oven on
Add meatballs and sauce to a small saucepan, and place over medium heat. Cook until hot and bubbly, about 8 minutes
Add 5 meatballs to each baguette piece, and spoon with sauce
Sprinkle with cheese, and bake for about 5 minutes, until cheese has melted
Serve and enjoy!
