Garlic Bread Meatball Subs

Ingredients

  • 1 Demi Baguette

  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

  • 10 precooked Chicken Meatballs

  • 1/2 jar Organic Vodka Sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded Garlic Bread Cheese (or mozzarella)

  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Slice baguette lengthwise

  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic and seasoning. Mix well

  4. Evenly brush or spread each baguette half with butter mixture

  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, until very lightly toasted

  6. Leave oven on

  7. Add meatballs and sauce to a small saucepan, and place over medium heat. Cook until hot and bubbly, about 8 minutes

  8. Add 5 meatballs to each baguette piece, and spoon with sauce

  9. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake for about 5 minutes, until cheese has melted

  10. Serve and enjoy!
