Ingredients

4 Naan or Flatbread
5 oz goat cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 – 4 oz chimichurri
black pepper, optional

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350ºF
Heat up the goat cheese slightly in the microwave, just so that is easy to spread
Spread an equal amount of goat cheese on each Naan
Top with mozzarella cheese and a little shake of black pepper (black pepper is optional)
Bake until warm and bubbly
Add on a thin layer of chimichurri and enjoy!
