Ingredients

  • 1 can Trader Joe's Greek Chickpeas with Parsley & Cumin

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • squeeze of lemon

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp sesame or extra virgin olive oil

  • onion salt & smoked paprika to taste

  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients until smooth

  2. Add water if hummus seems too thick

  3. Top with smoked paprika

  4. Enjoy with crackers or pita!
