
Greek Chunky Hummus

Ingredients
1 can Trader Joe's Greek Chickpeas with Parsley & Cumin
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini
squeeze of lemon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp sesame or extra virgin olive oil
onion salt & smoked paprika to taste
2 tbsp water
Directions
In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients until smooth
Add water if hummus seems too thick
Top with smoked paprika
Enjoy with crackers or pita!
