Grilling season is just about here and Pat is so excited to share this super easy but tasty grilled artichoke recipe with you! Don't forget the lemon garlic aioli for dipping, you won't be disappointed! Pat hopes you give these a try at your next BBQ or next time you fire up the grill and enjoy!
Heat olive oil and garlic clove in saucepan on stovetop until warmed through (can microwave for about 30 seconds instead). Discard garlic clove
Brush artichoke halves with garlic oil, season with flakey salt, and squeeze lemon juice all over
Wrap each artichoke half in tinfoil and cook on top rack of grill for about 20-25 minutes
To make aioli, mix all ingredients together with immersion blender until well combined. Allow to chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving
