Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 4–5 oz chopped salami
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Italian dressing with mayo to make your creamy Italian

  2. In a large bowl, add the beans, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, pepperoncini, mozzarella pearls, and salami

  3. Pour the dressing over the top and toss everything together until coated and creamy

  4. Serve right away or chill it in the fridge

  5. Enjoy!
