Ingredients

  • 1 package Aloha rolls

  • 1 combo package (6 oz) provolone cheese & genoa salami (or 3 oz of each)

  • 6 oz Black Forest ham

  • 3 oz sliced pepperoni

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • Ranch seasoning (or Parmesan)

  • One 8-oz bag shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup banana peppers

  • 2 1/2 tbsp mayo

  • 2 1/2 tbsp Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on a baking sheet

  3. Layer cheese and meat evenly. Place the top bread back over the sandwich. Partially slice.

  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with desired amount of ranch seasoning or Parmesan

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese has melted and tops are golden

  6. Meanwhile, make the grinder salad by combining the mayo with the dressing and stirring until smooth

  7. Add lettuce, tomato, and banana peppers and gently toss to mix

  8. Remove the tops of the baked sandwiches and place the salad over top of the meat before adding the tops back on

  9. Slice with a very sharp knife and enjoy immediately
