Ground Chicken Squiggly Noodles

Directions

1. Add ground chicken to a large skillet with a splash of olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt

2. Cook for ~7 minutes on medium heat. Break up meat with spatula and cook until meat is white and firm

3. While chicken is cooking, make squiggly noodles. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 2 packets of noodles

4. Cook noodles for 4 minutes and strain

5. Add noodles to skillet with chicken. Add 2 squiggly noodle sauce packets to pan and stir until meat and noodles are coated

6. Add chili garlic sauce and hoisin to skillet and stir. Finish with green onions

7. Serve and enjoy!
