
Gyro Greek Salad

Ingredients
Lettuce of choice
1 carton cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 cucumber (English, Persian, or regular)
1 package Trader Joe's Gyro Slices
Israeli Feta to taste
Hummus to taste
1 lemon
2-3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Vegan Creamy Dill dressing
Salt, pepper, and Everything but the Bagel seasoning to taste
Directions
Slice lettuce and place into a serving bowl
Remove gyro slices from packaging and line on a pan over medium heat, flipping every minute or two, make sure not to burn
In a small bowl, combine tomato, cucumber, red onion, seasonings, and a squeeze of lemon and mix well
Place gyro slices over lettuce- you can slice into smaller pieces or bits
Add tomato, cucumber and red onion
Add a dollop of hummus
Crumble feta pieces
Drizzle Vegan Creamy Dill dressing
