Gyro Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • Lettuce of choice

  • 1 carton cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 cucumber (English, Persian, or regular)

  • 1 package Trader Joe's Gyro Slices

  • Israeli Feta to taste

  • Hummus to taste

  • 1 lemon

  • 2-3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Vegan Creamy Dill dressing

  • Salt, pepper, and Everything but the Bagel seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Slice lettuce and place into a serving bowl

  2. Remove gyro slices from packaging and line on a pan over medium heat, flipping every minute or two, make sure not to burn

  3. In a small bowl, combine tomato, cucumber, red onion, seasonings, and a squeeze of lemon and mix well

  4. Place gyro slices over lettuce- you can slice into smaller pieces or bits

  5. Add tomato, cucumber and red onion

  6. Add a dollop of hummus

  7. Crumble feta pieces

  8. Drizzle Vegan Creamy Dill dressing

  9. Enjoy!
