These Halloween Crostini Ghosts are spooky, simple, and so much fun to make! Toasted baguette slices are topped with pesto, bruschetta, and fresh mozzarella cut into festive ghost and bat shapes. A drizzle of balsamic glaze adds the perfect finishing touch—cute and delicious for any Halloween party spread!

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic French Baguette

  • Garlic-flavored olive oil

  • Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto

  • Bruschetta Topping (jarred) 

  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Log

  • Balsamic glaze

Directions

    • Slice the baguette into ½-inch rounds. Brush each slice with garlic-flavored olive oil and bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.

    • While they bake, cut mozzarella slices into ghost and bat shapes using cookie cutters.

    • Top each crostini with pesto, bruschetta, and the mozzarella cut-outs.

  1. Use a toothpick dipped in balsamic glaze to add ghost faces.
