Ingredients

Bag of brussels sprouts
harvest grains

Dressing

1/2 tbsp pumpkin butter
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp ACV
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped shallots
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

prepare harvest grains as instructed on the packaging
shred Brussels sprouts, add to bowl and add a little salt, massage leaves to soften them
prepare dressing: mix all dressing ingredients until well incorporated
add harvest grains and dressing to bowl of Brussels sprouts and mix well
enjoy!
