Honey Sesame Cashew Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1.5 cups Honey sesame cashews or normal roasted cashews
- 2 TB coconut oil
- ¼ cup protein powder or collagen
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Make oat flour by pulsing oats in food processor until smooth. Set aside.
- In same food processor add you honey sesame cashews and turn on, blend until it forms a creamy butter. You will have to scrape down the sides and break up multiple times. At end add 1 TB coconut oil to make smoother and blend.Hold to side.
- Add oat flour, protein powder, salt, and cinnamon and pulse to combine
- Add the cashew butter back in with maple syrup and vanilla and one more TB of coconut oil and blend to smooth
- Form into balls and roll in sesame seeds
