Honey Sesame Cashew Protein Balls

  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1.5 cups Honey sesame cashews or normal roasted cashews 
  • 2 TB coconut oil
  • ¼ cup protein powder or collagen 
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ⅓ cup sesame seeds 


  1. Make oat flour by pulsing oats in food processor until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In same food processor add you honey sesame cashews and turn on, blend until it forms a creamy butter. You will have to scrape down the sides and break up multiple times. At end add 1 TB coconut oil to make smoother and blend.Hold to side. 
  3. Add oat flour, protein powder, salt, and cinnamon and pulse to combine
  4. Add the cashew butter back in with maple syrup and vanilla and one more TB of coconut oil and blend to smooth
  5. Form into balls and roll in sesame seeds
