Directions

Spray instant pot with avocado oil
Sprinkle taco seasoning over both sides of chicken until well coated. Place chicken in start pot
Whisk together salsa, honey, lime juice, and zest. Pour over chicken breasts in instant pot
Set timer on poultry setting for 10 minutes. Allow steam to vent once time goes off
Remove chicken from instant pot, turn to sauté setting and let the juices simmer for a few minutes while you shred the chicken
Pour honey lime salsa mixture over chicken, toss together until well coated, and serve
