Wow, that’s delicious! I got some Hot Italian Bomba Sauce for Christmas, and I was looking for something to do with it. I came across this recipe and gave it a try. I didn’t realize that Bomba sauce was so hot! I followed the recipe, with 1 cup marinara, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp Bomba sauce, and 1/4 cup pasta water, and it is hot! In a good way! It’s not overbearing, but if you’re sensitive to hot stuff, maybe just a little less for ya. But certainly no more than a tbsp! Great, easy recipe.

JUST made this recipe & its ALL the things. Its for tomorrow so only tasted a noodle or 6 from my pot lol. I LOVE it. The perfect comfort food with great spice. I definitely free handed my new jar of Bamba sauce with a teaspoon🥴. Def start with Pat’s recommended 1TSP guys and increase AFTER tasting. I’m SO excited to add this to my Fall line up. Also I sub’d heavy cream for half n half mainly because I had coffee on the brain when in the market tonight 🤦🏾♀ but still PERFECT! I saw your pasta dish on traderjoeslist IG PAGE😋…. Also to the above reviewer I personally added my entire jar of marinara sauce to the pot at one time then mixed in the Bomba sauce, let those heat up, then half n half & the reserved pasta water, and pasta noodles. The full jar was the perfect amount as rigatoni is more dense & I’m a red sauce addict

Delicious! Did not use all the Bomba Sauce as per the recipe because of the heat, but still a great meal with a hint of heat.

The ingredients says 1 cup but the directions say 1/2 cup marinara, do you add the other 1/2 later or was it a typo? I want to try this!
