
Jalapeño Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb Trader Joe's Argentinian Red Shrimp, thawed
1 can Trader Joe's Crispy Jalapeño Pieces
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
Shredded green cabbage
Tortillas of choice
5 oz Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons Trader Joe's Garlic Spread Dip
Squeeze of lime
Cilantro & Chile Lime Seasoning to taste
Garlic Cilantro Sauce
Directions
Rinse thawed shrimp and pat dry
Toss with flour and coat all of the shrimp
In a separate dish, whisk together eggs
In a food processor, blender, or ziploc bag, empty jalapeño pieces and blend/smash until they resemble breadcrumbs
Remove excess flour from shrimp and drag between egg wash and jalapeño pieces until all sides of each shrimp is covered
Add shrimp to air fryer and set for 12-15 minutes at 390º and flip halfway through until crispy
While shrimp is cooking, make the cilantro garlic sauce by combining all ingredients and adjusting for taste
Heat up tortillas
Once shrimp is done, assemble tacos
