Salad
Pat has the most simple and perfect salad recipe to share with you! The combination of the spice from the honey and the tang of the goat cheese makes this salad out of this world! Pat hopes you give this recipe a try and enjoy!

1 bag baby kale mix
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon TJ’s spicy honey
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup TJ’s sweet and spicy pecans
More honey for drizzling
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, spicy honey, salt and pepper together
Toss dressing with kale, top with pecans, goat cheese, and drizzle of spicy honey
Enjoy!
