
Lemon Cacio E Pepe Ravioli

Ingredients
1 package of Trader Joe’s cacio e Pepe ravioli, cook according to package instructions
3 tbsp shredded pecorino
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
Lots of cracked pepper
Directions
After draining cooked ravioli - use the same pot that you cooked your raviolis in and turn the heat to medium low.
Add raviolis back in with olive oil and lemon juice.
Toss to coat.
Add to a plate and top with pecorino and a lot of fresh cracked pepper. Enjoy!
