Trader Joe's Cacio E Pepe is making waves on the internet! Pat was so excited about it, he teamed up with Mandi and made this simple, easy and VERY tasty recipe!

Ingredients

1 package of Trader Joe’s cacio e Pepe ravioli, cook according to package instructions
3 tbsp shredded pecorino
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
Lots of cracked pepper

Directions

After draining cooked ravioli - use the same pot that you cooked your raviolis in and turn the heat to medium low.
Add raviolis back in with olive oil and lemon juice.
Toss to coat.
Add to a plate and top with pecorino and a lot of fresh cracked pepper. Enjoy!

Fabulous recipe. Super easy and superb flavor. I substitute Fresh Reggiano cheese instead of pecorino. I also used the same Trader Joe’s pasta and will make again this evening.
