
Lemon Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs green beans, ends cut off
5-7 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter – can add more during cooking if desired
2 tbsp avocado oil
Pinch pink Himalayan salt
Pinch ground black pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
Directions
In a pan over medium-low heat, add garlic, butter and oil. Sauteé 1-2 minutes, mixing garlic around
Add the green beans, salt & pepper, and lemon juice and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring often
Remove from heat and allow to cool about 5 minutes before serving
