Lemon Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs green beans, ends cut off

  • 5-7 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp butter – can add more during cooking if desired

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • Pinch pink Himalayan salt

  • Pinch ground black pepper

  • Juice of 2 lemons

Directions

  1. In a pan over medium-low heat, add garlic, butter and oil. Sauteé 1-2 minutes, mixing garlic around

  2. Add the green beans, salt & pepper, and lemon juice and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring often

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool about 5 minutes before serving

  4. Enjoy!
