Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (or just spray chicken with olive oil spray)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper, dried parsley, lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Directions

Coat chicken in olive oil by using spray or 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Mix seasonings and herbs together and toss with chicken and olive oil
Let marinate for at least 10 minutes
Cook in air fryer at 400° for 7 to 10 minutes until chicken reaches 165°
