Ingredients

  • 2 Trader Joe’s Frozen Latkes

  • 4oz of smoked salmon

  • 2 tablespoons of labneh

  • Fresh dill, capers and red onion to garnish

Directions

  1. Heat latkes in air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes or until crispy

  2. Top each latke with 1 tablespoon of labneh

  3. Top or serve the lox on the side

  4. Serve with fresh dill, capers and red onion

  5. Enjoy!
