Mediterranean 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz. container garlic hummus

  • 1 container tzatziki

  • 3/4 cup tabbouli 

  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato

  • 1/3 cup sliced kalamata olives

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions

  • For dipping: pita chips, crackers, veggies

Directions

  1. Spread hummus evenly into a thin layer over the center of a large platter

  2. Top with tzatziki leaving about 1/2 inch border of hummus

  3. Continue layering with tabbouli, tomato, olives, feta, and scallions leaving a border with each layer

  4. Measurements don’t have to be exact, feel free to adjust as needed

  5. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving with crackers, veggies, or pita chips

  6. Enjoy!
