Directions

Rosemary Simple Syrup

1. Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar to a pot. Add 1/4 cup fresh Rosemary leaves and stir

2. Bring mixture to a boil and then let simmer for 1 min (making sure that the sugar is dissolved) 

3. Remove from heat and let sit for 30 min to allow the rosemary to infuse the simple syrup

4. Pour into a jar (using a fine mesh strainer to get rid of the Rosemary leaves)

Sugared Cranberries & Rosemary

1. Add 1/4 cup sugar + 1/4 cup water to a pot & bring to a boil

2. Remove from heat and let cool completely

3. Dip cranberries and rosemary sprigs into the simple syrup and set on a cooling rack (over foil) to dry/drip off excess

4. Dip in sugar until coated and let dry

Cocktail

1. Pour 2 oz of cranberry juice in a glass

2. Add 4 oz of Prosecco

3. Add Rosemary simple syrup to taste

4. Garnish with sugared rosemary and cranberries
