In a large pot, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Once melted, add in diced onions & cook until translucent
Once onions are translucent, add in diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper & cook until chicken is done. Once chicken is done, push to one side of the pot & add in the other 2 tbsp of butter
Once butter is almost melted, add in the bag of orzo. Coat orzo in the butter & cook for a couple minutes to toast
Add in the whole carton of chicken broth, cover & cook 10-12 minutes to cook the orzo
Uncover & stir. Add in the broccoli. Cover & cook for 3-5 minutes
Uncover & stir in the whole bag of unexpected cheddar cheese till melted
