Remove casing from sausages and crumble using wooden spoon or spatula in large skillet. Sauté until sausage is cooked through
Add in frozen gnocchi and milk or half and half, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally
Stir in shredded cheese, kale, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir for a minute or two to allow kale to heat through and cheese to melt
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
