One Pot Gorgonzola Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 bags TJs frozen Gorgonzola gnocchi

  • 1 package sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1/4 cup milk or half and half
  • 1/2 cup shredded unexpected cheddar or Parmesan
  • 2 cups shredded kale
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Remove casing from sausages and crumble using wooden spoon or spatula in large skillet. Sauté until sausage is cooked through

  2. Add in frozen gnocchi and milk or half and half, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally

  3. Stir in shredded cheese, kale, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir for a minute or two to allow kale to heat through and cheese to melt

  4. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
