 
        One Pot Gorgonzola Gnocchi
 
          Ingredients
- 2 bags TJs frozen Gorgonzola gnocchi 
- 1 package sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/4 cup milk or half and half
- 1/2 cup shredded unexpected cheddar or Parmesan
- 2 cups shredded kale
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Remove casing from sausages and crumble using wooden spoon or spatula in large skillet. Sauté until sausage is cooked through 
- Add in frozen gnocchi and milk or half and half, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally 
- Stir in shredded cheese, kale, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir for a minute or two to allow kale to heat through and cheese to melt
