Outside In Gnocchi with Meat Sauce

Directions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and use a spatula to break apart meat into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper and continue stirring until evenly browned on all sides

2. Add stuffed gnocchi to pan and 4 tbsp of water

3. Cover pan with lid and sauté for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent gnocchi from sticking to pan

4. Turn heat to low and add pasta sauce. Stir together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through

5. Garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
