Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2-3 salmon filets

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/2 cup chopped Trader Joe's Parmesan, Romano & Asiago cheeses

  • Lemon slices

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425

  2. Pat salmon dry and place on lined baking sheet skin side down

  3. Sprinkle filets with a touch salt

  4. Cover salmon with parchment paper or tin foil

  5. Bake in oven for 10 minutes

  6. While salmon is baking, mix together garlic, parsley, and cheeses in bowl with a squeeze of lemon

  7. After 10 minutes, remove salmon from oven and uncover. Top each filet with garlic, parsley, and cheeses mixture

  8. Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and salmon flakes easily with a fork

  9. Serve with a side of veggies or potatoes and enjoy!
