
Pasta with Brown Butter & Sage

Ingredients
1 pound pasta
1 stick salted butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Salt & cracked pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on package
Melt butter in large skillet
After butter begins to melt, add in garlic and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
Add in chopped sage leaves and cook a few more minutes, allowing sage leaves to fry and butter to begin to brown
Season butter sauce with a pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper
Add pasta to sauce and sprinkle in grated Parmesan
Serve with extra Parmesan & pepper and enjoy!
