Philly Chicken Pitas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound chicken breasts sliced into thin strips

  • Olive or Avocado oil spray

  • TJs Everyday Seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/2 of red bell pepper thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Sauté chicken in olive or avocado oil and season with Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning, salt, & pepper. When chicken is cooked, set aside on a plate

  2. Spray pan again and sauté peppers and onions until softened. Season with the same seasonings as chicken. Return chicken to the pan and mix until heated through

  3. Pile chicken & veggies on pitas, top with a slice of provolone and broil it for a few minutes until the pita is toasty and the cheese is melty!
