
Philly Chicken Pitas

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound chicken breasts sliced into thin strips
Olive or Avocado oil spray
TJs Everyday Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 of red bell pepper thinly sliced
Directions
Sauté chicken in olive or avocado oil and season with Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning, salt, & pepper. When chicken is cooked, set aside on a plate
Spray pan again and sauté peppers and onions until softened. Season with the same seasonings as chicken. Return chicken to the pan and mix until heated through
Pile chicken & veggies on pitas, top with a slice of provolone and broil it for a few minutes until the pita is toasty and the cheese is melty!
