Using Trader Joe's Pimento cheese dip and bacon, this sandwich makes for the best quick lunch or dinner. You can even pair with your favorite fall soup! 1 slice Organic American singles cheese (or cheddar)
3 tbsp. Pimento cheese dip
1 slice Fully Cooked Uncured Bacon, cooked until crispy
2-3 tsp. Butter, softened
Directions
Place cheese slice over 1 piece of bread. Spread pimento cheese over the other piece and top with cooked bacon. Close the sandwich and spread top with half of the butter
Bring a frying pan to medium heat. Place sandwich buttered side down in the pan and let cook until crispy, 2-3 minutes
Meanwhile, butter the top piece of bread. Once crispy, carefully flip sandwich and cook the remaining side until crispy and golden, about 2 minutes.
