Pimento & Bacon Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread (or your favorite bread)

  • 1 slice Organic American singles cheese (or cheddar)

  • 3 tbsp. Pimento cheese dip

  • 1 slice Fully Cooked Uncured Bacon, cooked until crispy

  • 2-3 tsp. Butter, softened

Directions

  1. Place cheese slice over 1 piece of bread. Spread pimento cheese over the other piece and top with cooked bacon. Close the sandwich and spread top with half of the butter

  2. Bring a frying pan to medium heat. Place sandwich buttered side down in the pan and let cook until crispy, 2-3 minutes

  3. Meanwhile, butter the top piece of bread. Once crispy, carefully flip sandwich and cook the remaining side until crispy and golden, about 2 minutes.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
