Pineapple BBQ Chicken Foil Packs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds thinly sliced chicken breast

  • Avocado oil spray

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Pineapple slices

  • Green pepper slices

  • Red onion slices

  • BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Spray foil sheets with avocado oil and arrange a chicken breast in the center of each. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste

  2. Pour one tablespoon of BBQ sauce over each piece of chicken

  3. Top each piece of chicken with a few slices each of pineapple, onions, and bell pepper. Make sure not to slice the pineapple and veggies too thick so they cook evenly with the chicken

  4. Top pineapple and veggies with another tablespoon of pineapple sauce

  5. Wrap foils into sealed packets. Grill until chicken is cooked through to 165°. Mine took just under 15 minutes

  6. Serve with sliced green onions and extra barbecue sauce

  7. Enjoy!
