Ingredients

1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Crunchy Jalapeño Lime & Onion Oil + additional oil to finish
1 package Chicken Fried Rice
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 fried egg per bowl/serving
Sliced green onions to taste

Directions

Add crunchy jalapeño oil, chicken fried rice and pineapple tidbits to a large skillet and mix together
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes
Remove lid and stir. Continue cooking rice for 5-10 minutes until rice reaches desired level of crunch
Divide into bowls and garnish with additional crunchy jalapeño oil and sliced green onions
Top with a fried egg and serve immediately
Enjoy!
