Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

Directions

1. Season chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika & pepper to your liking

2. Add seasoned chicken to medium high heat skillet. Cook until chicken is done

3. While chicken is cooking, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic & brown sugar in a bowl. Set aside

4. Once done, remove chicken from pan

5. Add diced pineapple to the pan over medium heat. Once pineapple is cooked, add teriyaki sauce. Let simmer & thicken

6. Once sauce is thickened, add in diced chicken & stir

7. Fill hallowed out pineapple with rice, top with chicken & pineapple and garnish with green onions

8. Serve and enjoy!
