
Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Pepper
- 1 whole pineapple diced & hallowed
- White rice
- Green onions for garnish
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- A pinch of ginger
Teriyaki Sauce
Directions
Season chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika & pepper to your liking
Add seasoned chicken to medium high heat skillet. Cook until chicken is done
While chicken is cooking, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic & brown sugar in a bowl. Set aside
Once done, remove chicken from pan
Add diced pineapple to the pan over medium heat. Once pineapple is cooked, add teriyaki sauce. Let simmer & thicken
Once sauce is thickened, add in diced chicken & stir
Fill hallowed out pineapple with rice, top with chicken & pineapple and garnish with green onions
