Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi grade fish of choice (tuna or salmon, can adjust amount accordingly)

  • 5-6 green onions

  • 3-4 tablespoons coconut aminos

  • 3-4 tablespoons sesame oil

  • Optional garnish: cilantro, crispy onion, seaweed salad, crushed red peppers, avocado, sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Prepare fish by slicing into small pieces and add to a bowl

  2. Add sesame oil and coconut aminos

  3. Add green onion

  4. Mix well, wrap with tin foil, and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes

  5. Serve over rice, salad, or even tacos!

  6. Enjoy!
