


Pork Belly Fried Rice

This was SO good!! I made a few changes. I used the whites of green onions, cooked them a little in the butter before adding the asparagus with matchstick carrots and thinly sliced jalapeños (I don’t like peas so I left them out). I also don’t like five spice powder very much so I just seasoned the pork belly with white pepper and garlic powder. I did 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos and 4 Tbsp. soy sauce. Amazing!!
