1 (18 oz) container of Trader Joe’s Asian style vegetable stir-fry
8 oz of Trader Joe’s chicken gyoza potstickers
3/4 cup Trader Joe’s soyaki
3 tbsp olive oil, divided
sesame seeds for topping, optional
Directions
In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil
Add vegetable stir-fry and let cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Remove vegetables and set aside
Add the other tbsp of olive oil to the skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add potstickers in a single layer with their seam facing upwards. Cook until they are golden on the other side. Add 4 tbsp of water to the skillet, cover and cook for 3-5 more minutes
Add the stir-fry vegetables back in the skillet along with the soyaki. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, stirring everything occasionally
