Prosciutto & Spicy Honey Pizza

Directions

1. Preheat oven and pizza stone at 475°

2. Follow directions on pizza dough package to prepare

3. Roll out dough onto pizza stone. Prick dough with fork all over. Bake for 5-7 minutes and then remove from oven

4. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and pinch of salt and pepper. Brush mixture over pre-baked pizza dough, place mozzarella slices all over, and put back in oven for another 5 minutes

5. Remove from oven again. Top with prosciutto slices and put back in oven for another 5 minutes

6. Before serving, place basil leaves around the pizza and drizzle with the hot honey sauce. Serve with Parmesan and extra red peppers if desired. If you don’t have spicy honey, you can make your own by adding a pinch of paprika, a pinch of chili powder, a few red pepper flakes and 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to 3 tablespoons of honey
