Directions

Preheat oven to 375ºF
On a cutting board, or non stick surface, lay out the prosciutto in a star shape by overlapping one end of each of the slices
Place the round brie in the center of the prosciutto star
Drizzle hot honey on top of the brie
Fold over each slice of prosciutto, so that all sides of the brie are covered
Turn over the prosciutto wrapped brie and place on a parchement paper lined baking sheet
Bake at 375ºF for 20-25 minutes
Remove from the oven and drizzle with more hot honey. Serve with apple slices and crackers
