Pumpkin Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Gnocchi

  • 1 package chicken sausage of choice

  • 8 oz heavy/whipping cream

  • 4 oz gorgonzola cheese

  • 3-4 sage leaves

  • Parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare gnocchi according to package instructions. Add sage leaves for flavoring

  2. Meanwhile, combine gorgonzola and cream in a small sauce pan until smooth

  3. Slice chicken sausage and cook in a separate pan

  4. Once gnocchi and sausage are cooked, add sausage into gnocchi pan and add gorgonzola cream sauce

  5. Cook on low until all gnocchi and sausage is covered in sauce

  6. Top with parsley for garnish

  7. Enjoy!
